RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Assemble complete or partial Technical Data Packages (TDPs) and identifying and actioning deficiencies in data packages of systems and equipment;
  • Receive, log, take custody of and acknowledge the receipt of TDPs which describe additions, modifications and/or deletions of technical data;
  • Collect, review and update configuration management data, including Engineering Change Proposals (ECPs), for input into the environmental configuration management information system;
  • Update, validate and compile technical data action notices;
  • Review documents, drawings and associated data for conformance to standards;
  • Format technical documents;
  • Maintain working files, file correspondence, and reports utilizing the Record Data Information Management System (RDIMS);
  • Provide administration support to Air Defence System (ADS) projects including preparation of document transmittals, meeting agendas, and minutes of meetings, maintaining and updating risk registries, and master action items lists;
  • Track and input budget estimates and expenditures;
  • Receive and store sensitive project documentation;

REQUIREMENTS:
  • 3+ years of administrative work experience;
  • University degree or college diploma;
  • Relevant professional certifications;
  • 3+ years of experience provding Technical Clerical services:
  1. Assembling, receiving, and logging Technical Data Packages (TDPs);
  2. Updating, validating and compiling technical data action notices;
  3. Reviewing documents, drawings and associated data for conformance to standards;
  4. Providing administration support including preparation of document transmittals, meeting agendas, and minutes of meetings;
  5. Maintaining and updating risk registries, and master action items lists;
  6. Tracking and inputting budget estimates and expenditures;
  7. Receiving and storing sensitive project documentation;
  8. Maintaining and updating spares list to a In-service Support or Capital Project Office;
  • 3+ years of experience
  1. Coordinating, organizing and administering project correspondence;
  2. Assisting in the preparation and review of project documentation;
  3. Receiving, storing, maintaining, and disseminating confidential documents;
  4. Providing acquisition and in-service configuration management support including tracking and managing change proposals and requests for change utilizing project management control software (i.e. Doors or Primavera);
  5. Utilizing a Record Management System (e.g. RDIMS) to maintain project files and data;
  • 3+ years of experience administering and reviewing Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) deliverables, which include the following: 1. Technical manuals; 2. Interim spares lists; 3. Long lead time lists; 4. Maintenance plans; 5. Sparing analysis reports; 6. Training plans; 7. Provisioning parts break down lists from third party contractors;
  • Fluent English.
