RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Plan and initiate evaluations, concept, design, and development studies;
- Assist in the preparation and revision of project documents including Project Charter, Project Management plan, Cost Breakdown Structures, project schedule, budgets, risk management plan, lessons learned, Governance and sustainment documentation, Senior Review Board (SRB) minutes etc.;
- Manage and control the project documents including Project Charter, Project Management plan, Cost Breakdown Structures project schedule, budgets, risk management plan, lessons learned, Governance and sustainment documentation, SRB minutes etc., utilizing the Record Data Information Management System (RDIMS), and preparing and monitoring contract documentation utilizing Microsoft Office products (including MS Project) and DRMIS PS, and assist with creation and maintenance of Technical Assistance Agreements;
- Facilitate the development of design specifications, acceptance tests and engage technical and engineering expertise for planning and implementation of upgrades;
- Assist with the provision of engineering and maintenance direction, advice, technical information and services throughout a system’s life-cycle;
- Perform management of technical services required to ensure fielded systems maintain their certification and accreditation;
- Implement and interpret Controlled Good regulations;
- Assist with radar and communication project management requirements;
- Arrange for Certification and Accreditation (C&A) of installed information management / information technology systems;
REQUIREMENTS:
- 4+ years of experence in project management field;
- University degree in a relevant field;
- Relevant professional certifications;
- 3+ years of experience
- providing Project Manager services to a Government Project Office working on Capital projects;
- assisting with the preparation of project governance documentation;
- coordinating, organizing and administrating external inquiries for example formal Requests for Information from external party media Enquiries;
- developing project management plans;
- organizing and maintaining project documents using a record management system and receiving, storing, and disseminating classified documents;
- 3+ years of experience writing and managing the delivery of each of the following project approval documents: Statements of Work, Risk Assessments; Schedules; Cost breakdown structures; Budgets; Senior Review Board documents; Project governance documents;
- Fluent English.
