RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Perform daily support, maintenance and related activities such as problem analysis, troubleshooting programming and testing in order to ensure all aspects of the existing technology solutions are integrated and function properly;
- Perform technical migration and upgrades to the various components of the EWCMS;
- Develop and maintain migration and upgrade scripts;
- Provide the installation and configuration of EWCMS application and its servers’ licenses on the host servers;
- Design, develop, test, maintain and implement web-based applications as directed by the Technical Authority;
- Provide the level of complexity and level of effort required for development work;
- Provide software development advice during project status update meetings, technical working group sessions, or at any time at the request of the Technical Authority. The advice must be in the form of: presentations, briefings, documentation, training or coaching;
- Respond to queries and requests from clients.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 5+ years of experience working as a Programmer/Analyst;
- A University undergraduate degree, or a 2-year College diploma, in Computer Science or Programming from a recognized university or community college;
- 5+ years of recent experience working in HTML, Javascript, CSS and XML;
- 3+ years of experience working with a JAVA or Net 2.0;
- 2+ years of recent experience working in a Web content management system (WCMS); in system development of TeamSite 7.3 or higher; using C#, Java and Net 2.0 development; administering TeamSite server services;
- Experience working with Java/J2EE, CSS, HTML/HTML5, XML templates, and JavaScript;
- Fluent English.
