RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Develop Custom WBT Courseware;
  • Develop Rapid e-Learning Products;
  • Conceptualize Graphic Design Elements;
  • Provide DRMIS Subject Matter Expertise;
  • Perform Quality Assurance;
  • Maintain Information Management Practices.
REQUIREMENTS:
  • 5+ years of experience developing various eLearning components (eg. Multimedia and interactive elements); developing eLearning packages;
  • 3+ years of experience developing the following components related to Web-based training (WBT): Multimedia elements; Interactive elements; Evaluation tools; Student assessment tools;
  • 2+ years of experience reating DRMIS simulations using uPerform or EnableNow authoring tool; using SABA Publisher software to create eLearning packages;
  • 1+ year working in the SAP system; developing SAP simulations; and using one or more of the following tools: Enable Now software; uPerform software;

  • University degree in a related field;
  • Relevant professional certifications;
  • 2+ years of work experience related to Identification of capabilities required to implement AI;
  • 8+ years of experience
  1. advising senior management within the Canadian Public Sector (such as municipal, provincial, Canadian Crown corporation or Canadian Federal department) for at least one of the following areas: Business Roadmaps; Stakeholder engagement; Proof of concepts;
  2. briefing and making recommendations to organizational leadership, in formats including: Briefing decks; Briefing notes; Memos; Reports; Executive Summaries; Spreadsheets and databases;
  3. in research, analysis and strategy related to at least one of the following: AI implementation; Data-enabled transformation; Data and AI ethics; Digital innovation; Developing Training materials for culture and literacy;
  • Fluent English.
